“You got to be yourself. I’m still working for the 10-year-old kid inside of me, you know, who loves sports and loves watching games on TV. Don’t be afraid to do what I did and try new things. I ultimately got to a place that I love but it certainly was not a straight line, so feel free to take those off ramps every once in a while because what I did I feel made me better because I am familiar with every aspect of the business now. I think when you’re young, especially in your 20s, there’s time to try new things. So if you’re not quite sure, give something else to try and ultimately if you’re meant to be someplace you’ll get there but don’t be afraid to take some chances and have some fun.”
